Who is behind Renevex
Who is behind Renevex? A UK-registered company, Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, that sells rule-based trading software. This page says who we are, how we earn and what we will not do, in that order, because those are the questions that matter.
Mission and method
Our aim is to make automated trading explainable to someone who has never used it. Our method is to publish the unglamorous parts first: what it costs, who holds your money, how you can lose it and how you can leave. We have no origin story to sell and no founder portrait to hang on the wall. People are named on this site only when they have agreed to be. At the moment, nobody is.
What the software actually is
Renevex is a trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd. The software does two ordinary things. It reads order-book depth using classical statistics, and it carries out your rules: the markets you choose, the size of each trade, and the stop-loss and take-profit levels. A halt control stops new orders in one click. It does not forecast prices and it does not use quantum computing. The platform review goes through it in more detail.
Who is behind Renevex
The company is registered in England and Wales. Every line below can be checked on Companies House, which is why we link to it.
| Operator | Quantum Software Technologies Ltd (trading as Renevex) |

| Registration | England and Wales, No. 14209581 (check on Companies House) |
| Registered office | 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom |

| Not | A broker, dealer, bank or financial adviser. We do not hold, custody or manage client funds. |
Is Renevex a broker?
No. Renevex is not a broker, a bank, a dealer or a financial adviser. It cannot open a trade without a broker, and it cannot touch your balance. Anything that claims otherwise, or that asks you to send money to us, is not us. Please tell us if you see it.
Where your money sits
Your deposit goes to an executing broker licensed for your country. The broker holds it in a client account, executes your trades and clears them. We never touch it. No broker is listed yet. When one is confirmed, its name, regulator and licence number will appear on the Registration page, with a link to the public register, before you share anything with it.
How Renevex makes money
Renevex is a software vendor and a marketing affiliate. Executing brokers pay us referral fees and rebates for clients we introduce. That does not raise the price of the software, which is £0, and it does not change the spread you pay. It does mean we earn when someone opens a live account, so we have a reason to want you to join. That is why the costs and risks sit above our forms, and why every page carries an advertising disclosure. Our review is published by us and is not independent.
What we do not do
- We do not use celebrities, news presenters or actors. Videos and adverts that claim otherwise are fake.
- We do not publish profit screenshots, earnings projections or testimonials we cannot check.
- We do not run countdown clocks, invented scarcity or live-trade tickers.
- We do not promise results. Nobody can.
How we think about trust
Trust comes from being easy to check. Each claim that can be checked comes with a way to check it: a registry link, a number, a date. A claim we cannot support is left out. If you find something here that you cannot check, tell us and we will either supply the evidence or remove the claim. A quiet, plain site looks less exciting than the competition. We are comfortable with that.

| No broker is listed yet. We are keeping an early-access list only. When a broker is confirmed for a market, its name, regulator, licence number and its own published loss figure will appear in this table, before you share anything with it. | ||||
